About Me
Living across countries, graduating with two challenging degrees and working in a traditional fortune 500 company. I often get asked how I did it all with ADHD. And the answer is with a lot of support.
And now I am that support for other ADHDers. I am super passionate about helping ADHDers ride the waves of their beautiful brains. Some days even brushing your teeth can be a challenge but on others you can create a lot of magic.
My Approach:
I believe in aligning lives and systems with your brain. ADHD brains are fundamentally different and I like to work with that and not against it.
I focus on implementing change and systems at the grass root. We might spend an entire session focusing on helping you get out of bed faster or starting a task you have been putting off. But when you look back 3 months later, you would have already built a toolkit that helps you experience time, organisation, and other executive functions in a better way.
